This host has absolutely terrible communication!!! I spent the entire morning trying to reach them just to check in and got ZERO response on how to access the property. Completely unacceptable. The only reason I got any kind of answer was because Vrbo had to step in and contact them. Then suddenly they claim there was “cleaning” going on—only to turn around and cancel on us last minute. No notice, no explanation, no basic courtesy. Total lack of professionalism. Avoid this host at all costs!!!
