Our apartment unit was excellent. The “Good” rating was due to construction going on in the hallways and pool/tennis court/ BBQ grill areas. The property owner did make us aware of these improvements occurring prior to our booking, but still caused noise that limited a more peaceful stay. The owner was outstanding and an excellent communicator. The dishwasher broke during our stay and the owner replaced it immediately with a new one.
