I am originally from Manhattan, Kansas, but have lived all over the US and abroad. Recently, moved too Divide and converted my garage into an apartment for short term rentals.

We chose Divide because feels remote but is still close to amenities and just do close to hiking and kayaking!
What makes this property unique
I love my rental with is updated western vibe and real wood railings! Sunsets can be beat with Mount Fleecer in the backdrop!
