Adorable and cozy 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 6th floor of Phoenix All Suites.

·         Flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living area

·         Living area has a sofa queen sleeper and a stereo system

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances

·         Table seating four in the dining area and the kitchen bar seats two

·         Built-in Kiddie size bunks in the hallway alcove

·         Master bedroom is carpeted and has a king size bed

·         Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom

·         Balcony has a gulf front view and seats four at the table
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

I always love staying @ this property. So convenient to everything. You can literally park, unload and never have to get back into your car until you leave. Really enjoy the Pink Pony Pub and the hangiut as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great locatiom

The room was great for our last minute get away. Right on the beach. Close to lots of main attractions. Only downside was parking is small and only 2 elevators.

Quick trip

My daughter and I went for a quick weekend getaway. The location was perfect. It was quiet , no loud music or noise in hallway. Very clean! Just like a small condo. Will definitely stay again!

Short trip loads of fun

We arrived to a clean condo, nice and cool. Never heard much noise at all at night. Perfect location, we didn’t get back in the car till we loaded up to go home! Elevators are slow but who cares? Lol we will def stay here again.

Great location, close to dining and entertainment, great beach area

Only two elevators, that are both pretty slow. Place looks a little worn, like it could use some touching up and a little TLC. This worked out well for a quick weekend trip for me and my wife, but would’ve been too tight for the three kids if we would’ve all came. But for the price it was reasonable and I would come back.

Great beach location but room falls short

When arriving for our week stay, we were lectured on not smoking in rooms, balcony, etc... and the fines we would pay if we did. First and second nights we couldn’t sit on the balcony from the smell of cigarette smoke. Called front desk first night and they said they would have security check it out. We still couldn’t go out on balcony to sit until the 3rd night. Remaining balcony nights were great except for the Pink Pony Pub’s floodlights beaming up on the balconies (deer in the headlights). Sofa and bed smelt of old garbage but figured it must of been BO. Asked front desk for air fresheners but said they didn’t have any and would tell housekeeping in the a.m. Never heard back from anyone on either complaints. Pluses are: Great location Clean except for bed and sofa smelling Very cold a/c and refrigerator

Was a great location for what we needed, the front desk lady was super helpful and very nice. I love the numbered entry...except at night, you cannot see the keypad to punch in the numbers. (otherwise no problems, pleasant stay)
