Ideal for families, groups of friends, or romantic getaways, this villa allows you to experience the tropics with complete privacy and style. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to local restaurants and tourist attractions, this is your chance to stay in paradise.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES - there will be no additional charge if your consumption is less than 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring that air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or are away from the house. We will take a meter reading upon check-in and another upon check-out. Any consumption exceeding 40 kWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
