Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dispose of the garbage on the -1 floor. The code from all underground doors is 1428 followed by the “enter” button.
After locking the door, please place the keys into the lockbox, close it, and change the numbers.
Kindly clean all the dirty dishes or place them in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not drink the tap water as it is not filtered for consumption.
Please dispose of the garbage to the -1 floor bins. The code from all underground doors is 1428 followed by the “enter” button.
Do not smoke in the apartment or corridors of the building. Do not slide suitcases right by the walls as they can leave marks and scratches.

Our apartment is modern, spacious, and cozy. It is conveniently located within just 5 minutes of walking from the nearest beach, pool, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and public transportation.
If you prefer a quieter time - don't stress, there is little to no street noise.
While smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, there is a small balcony for such need or if you simply prefer drinking your coffee outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped. The towels will be provided for each guest.
Lastly, it hosts up to 4 guests with 2 beds (one queen, one twin) and a couch.
