Relax by the refreshing pool, or enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious patio. You'll have easy access to pristine beaches, delicious dining, and all the best Naples has to offer. Experience the tranquility and beauty of waterfront living in this idyllic setting.

-1 king bedroom w/ full, ensuite bathroom
-1 queen bedroom
-1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds

-Fully stocked kitchen w/ dishwasher

-Washer & dryer
-Designated workspace
-BBQ Grill w/ propane provided

AMENITIES:

-Portable cooler
-Waterfront w/ dock (guests are not permitted to dock a boat on the property - there is a boat permanently in the lift). It is a great dock for kayaking or fishing from!
-We provide a starter kit of all supplies & toiletries. Depending on use, you may need to purchase more during your stay.
-Guests are welcome to use the neighboring community center tennis courts, pickleball courts, and pool.

NOTE: The built in outdoor grill & mini fridge on the patio are non-functional, but we do have another, brand new propane grill that guests are welcome to use!
