Central Retreat! Easy access to beaches and downtown Ft Myers.

Main house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10, connected Mother in Law Suite with separate entrance has 1 bedrooms and sleeps 2. (There is an additional fee to book the Mother in Law Suite.)
Only 20 minute to the beach! Heated pool. Outdoor barbecue. Huge backyard! Two kitchens! The main home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath, with sliders that open to the pool area. Additional Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. 4 bunk beds in the 3rd guest bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom. The Mother-in-Law Suite has one king bed and bathroom with a separate front entrance. The Mother in law suite has a spacious living room, with access to the pool from the kitchen or from the bathroom. The kitchens are well stocked with gorgeous granite counter tops and new appliances. Laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash and dry towels, the cleaners will fold them. Leave used beds unmade so the cleaners know which beds were used
Load and start the dishwasher. The cleaners will unload the dishwasher
Please brush the grates on the grill, and empty the oil pan. Take trash and recycle to bins. If departure date is the day before pickup, please bring the bins to the edge of the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash and dry towels, the cleaners will fold them. Leave used beds unmade so that the cleaners know which beds were used.
Empty stored food containers, left over food will be donated. Load and run the dishwasher, the cleaners will unload the dishwasher.
Take trash and recycle out. If your departure date falls on the date before pickup, please bring the bins to the road.

We had a great stay overall and really appreciated how clean the home was. The pool was a standout feature, very clean and maintained at a perfect temperature, which everyone enjoyed. That said, the house could benefit from additional furnishings and storage, especially in the bathroom and the room with bunkbeds. The living room area also felt a bit tight for our group as not enough seating for everyone. Additionally having to go outside to access the other the bathroom was not very convenient.Overall, we would stay again but for comfort we'd recommend no more that 6-8 guests.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall, and appreciated the cleanliness and pool. There are 3 bathrooms in the home, 2 inside the main house, with the 3rd accessible from the pool. In Florida we call it a pool bath. Thank you for staying at Central Retreat.
