The suite was new and in good shape. There where a couple of minor details such as missing toilet paper holder but overall the place was well put together and clean. Downside is you can hear everything from upstairs such as the toilet flushing and young active kids.

Apologies for the noise and I have informed the tenants upstairs about this complaints. You should try and respond to host messages as you totally ignored all my messages and often left lights and vents on when not in the unit. Secondly, try and follow house rules as a guest so you don’t set off fire alarm in the entire building as you did when you were our guest.

The suite is very modern, clean and well laid out with high ceilings. Overall we had a good stay and it served our purposes. There were a few issues though. Firstly it is advertised as a 2 bedroom unit but when we arrived the 2nd bedroom was locked and we were notified that it’s normally an extra charge to access it. This wasn’t indicated anywhere in the ad. The host did have someone come and open the bedroom for us but the listing description should be updated to properly reflect this. Secondly the noise from upstairs is quite loud at times. Not really the fault of the people living there rather a complete lack of any soundproofing between the units. This could likely be improved with a few minor changes. Overall a really nice unit, great host communication and good amenities.
