About this property

Fort Lauderdale 4/2 with screened-in pool and dock.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Screened in and private pool. Dock perfect for BBQ's at sunset. Spacious kitchen. Lots of natural light. Located at a family oriented neighborhood, close to the beach and everything you will need for a wonderful vacation.

As you walk in, you will find the living room to the right and the kitchen towards the back to the left.
Straight back is a sliding glass door to the pool.
Towards the right of the living room there is a hallway that communicates to the rooms.
Down that hallway you will find the second bathroom first to the left (which also connects to the pool area), to the right are 2 bedrooms.
At the end of the hallway to the left is another bedroom and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom connects to the pool area with sliding glass doors and has a bathroom inside.

Guest access: Contact property manager for instructions a few days prior to arrival.


Additional rules
• Check-in time after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10 a.m.


Rules:
Please treat the house nicely as if it were yours and you care about it.
Be mindful of the neighbors. We don't want them to call the police. If the police is involved at any point, you will forfeit your right to stay and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

No smoking inside, no parties and please refrain to request for under 24 years old, no pets allowed.

- $150 additional fee for heated pool per week
- $75 late check out. (Check out is 10 a.m.)
- $30 charge if trash collection is not done properly
- There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $250 violation fee if guests smoke inside.
- There are no parties or gatherings of any kind in the home. Only the guests that are registered to stay are allowed. There is a $250 violation fee for guests not following this rule.
- We require a copy of your ID prior to check in.
- You are required to push the trash out on trash pickup day. Please push it out to the curb the night before pick up. Pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays. Extra charges may apply if there is overflow of trash.
- Don't flush personal sanitary product down the toilet which causes clogs.
- No pets are permitted in rental units.
- We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless
accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful, respectful and prudent manner so as to prevent any loss, damage, injury, destruction, or mistreatment of the Property. Guest further agrees to save and keep the Property in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times during Guest’s occupancy.
- If Guest experiences any problems whatsoever with the Property during their stay,
please contact host immediately and we will make all reasonable efforts to correct any of the operational or functionality issues as quickly and as practically as possible.

Nous avons louer 1 mois et avons vraiment passée du bon temps. La maison est proche de tout et dans un cul-de-sac donc peux passant. Nous avons fait beaucoup de Kayak (fourni par le propriétaire) et avons aussi pêcher directement dans le canal en arrière !

Just the right place for a lovely vacation!
This property was everything it promised to be: beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and with a large pool in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Yet it is close to all the essential things for a family, such as grocery store, hair salon, nail place, gym, arcade, the beach and a good selection of restaurants. All of us enjoyed the week we spent here.
