This top floor unit offers a bright, south-facing view, and a peak-a-boo water view. The property is fully furnished including two queen beds, a stocked kitchen, linens, small appliances and Wifi. Stay cool in the summer by opening the floor to ceiling windows and balcony door or take advantage of the unit's air conditioning. The Pacific Beach Sands community is secure with a code access security gate and a private, underground parking garage. The unit is owner furnished. The property's maximum occupancy is only 2 people and no pets allowed.
