Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This property and landlord is an absolute nightmare. She will have a housekeeper randomly inspect your apartment throughout the week, regardless of the fact that it’s illegal, will overcharge with cleaning fees and made up expenses at the end of your stay, and will keep a close eye on all your doings in the building through her cameras. As close to living with the gestapo as you could get. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Dear Red, I’m really sorry you feel that I and my property were a “nightmare.” I was honest in my review that cleaning was not your strongest point, and throughout your stay, we communicated respectfully. Unfortunately, your behavior changed after the inspection, when you left two huge garbage bags in the hallway, brought in an additional tenant without my consent, lost keys without reporting it, MADE COPIES OF MY KEYS without my consent and broke the daybed. You also left the unit extremely dirty, including a mattress that had to be discarded due to the odor. I didn’t charge you for the mattress or the damaged AC caused by your roommate’s smoking or whatever that was and also didnt charge for 2 key card that you broke or lost. Anyone considering you as a tenant should make sure additional cleaning and these responsibilities are clearly addressed in the agreement. I’m sorry that being asked to take responsibility turned everything into a “nightmare” for you, not forgetting that you signed a lease agreement with all clear to you inclusive that you had 24 hours to report anything wrong, and that you were asked to make a video with all and tell me of the unit was neat and clean. my Best Regards Ingrite

Great stay in a good location

The apartment was very clean and was able to accomodate everyone. The price was fair for the area it was located in, near many subway stations and Broadway shows. Definitely a good summer stay.
