Unit has two sets of bunk beds and one regular couch and one fold out couch, full kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and blender, central heat and ac, bathroom with walk in shower, 50 inch flat screen with direct TV and all movie channels. clean linens and towels provided. grocery store, spirits and dollar store two miles away. we live on a quiet cul-de-sac street I mile off the main road to dauphin island. it's great for walks, jogging or bicycles. 7/11/18 we recently completed a 240 square foot screened in room for our guests downstairs with fans, lights, a swing and lounge, tv, sink, refridge, a gas grill, and a four person table to eat outside if you wish. we call it the man cave. also there is a new outside sitting area with a firepit.
