Welcome to this secluded, wooded, and charming barn in Simms, Texas. This lovely property features 2 cozy sleeping areas, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, complete with linens. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, wash-clothes, and a hair dryer for your convenience. With amenities like an iron, central heating and AC, washing machine and dryer, your stay will be nothing short of phenomenal. It also boasts of a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee and tea.
