It has been a real pleasure hosting Erin's group . Just regular decent folks whom we appreciated from our first interaction. Its always so refreshing to have guests who really are happy with the house, facilities and decor, and who take the time to say so, and several times over. Hope the entire vacation was special and that our experience only added to that. Come again, Erin, Dean and others and do share us with your family and friends!

We have been for the most part, fortunate, blessed, by the standards we’ve set, which have been maintained by our guests as we are hosting a short term rental facility adjacent to our own home. It has been primarily, a positive experience, even forming bonds of friendship. We try to anticipate and facilitate without being intrusive. WhatsApp has made communication so much easier without the need for face to face, but essentially, we are people lovers. Christina and her lovely family is another great experience, probably even more so than others. From our very first phone conversation, I concluded, this sounds positive . It never wavered. Not often guests leave the house cleaned and the kitchen sink all cleared. We welcomed the voices of the children at play, as they were never over the top and /or continuous. Most important, is that our guests are comfortable, even as we respectfully share adjoining spaces. We gave this family the very highest grade on the VRBO questionnaire. Wishing the very best! Russell and family were super guests. They were communicative prior to arrival, so that my own time could be well used during what is a busy time of year,. Very responsive to house rules such as security requirements, and importantly, and clearly, treated this home as they do their own.
