With room to park your boat trailer, a private studio suite, and multiple lounging areas, it's perfect for families or groups. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and outdoor deck for dining or relaxing. Just a short drive to the lake and town, this peaceful escape offers both convenience and comfort.

The home is located at the base of Schweitzer Mountain on Granite View Drive, a gravel road that winds through a mountainous landscape, offering stunning views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Cabinet Mountains.

Please note that the home is accessible via a 0.4-mile drive on Granite Ridge Road, which can become icy during the winter months, so we recommend using AWD or 4WD vehicles during this time.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the main level, lower level, and the private downstairs suite. You’ll also have access to the wraparound upper deck, the lower deck with a hot tub, outdoor dining area, and Blackstone grill.

The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway has ample space for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. Entry is contactless via smart lock, and you’ll receive your personalized code prior to check-in.

Step into a spacious and inviting retreat designed for comfort and connection. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dining room that seats 8, and large windows that frame stunning views. Tall ceilings and direct deck access make this space ideal for gathering.

The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a spacious closet. Sliding doors open to the wraparound deck, shared by the kitchen and dining area. A half bath and laundry room are also located on this floor.

Downstairs offers a second living area with a sectional sofa, TV, pull-out bed, and a play teepee for kids. One king bedroom includes an ensuite bath and direct access to the hot tub deck. You’ll also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on this level.

A private suite downstairs includes a king bed, full bath, kitchenette, dining area, and living space with a pull-out sofa. This space opens to the lower deck, where you’ll find the hot tub, dining table, and Blackstone grill.

While garage access isn’t available, the driveway offers plenty of parking, including room for boat trailers.

Outside, enjoy the peaceful setting of Granite Ridge—private yet just minutes from town. The neighborhood offers a secluded feel with homes spaced far apart, giving kids room to roam and guests the chance to spot local wildlife. As with much of Sandpoint, occasional train sounds from the valley below add a touch of local charm.
