Awesome Stay.. The condo is ideally located steps from the beach and well within walking distance to many places to eat. We were staying to attend a concert up the street, so the location was ideal for the concert. Clean condo and has everything you need for a beach vacation.

Nice Spot on IOP.

The condo was nice. It’s a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. The condo has everything you need. The pool is really nice and the walkway to the beach is nice.

The property is amazing!

The property was perfect! The view from the balcony was breathtaking with coffee every morning!! Neighbors were quiet, walk to the beach was easy and quick. The Condo itself was clean with all the utensils and needs for cooking were provided. A short distance to the grocery store was very convenient!!!

No elevator

As we are in our 70’s, it was a little difficult being on 3rd floor without elevator. Bedroom was very small but view and beach access was wonderful.

Great Condo/location

We spent two weeks in Sea Cabin 343 C and it was a great place to stay. Located on the 3rd floor, and from our balcony, We sat and had coffee while looking directly out to a beautiful sunrise every morning. See the ocean as far as one can see. It was awesome. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, and along with a few guests that stayed for a few days. All the provided amenities were in good shape. Stores, restaurants, shops were all within walking distance of the condo as well. What more could you want? Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great little condo

I was travelling with my parents on a family adventure and found this little condo available. My parents had the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed. We used the bunk beds to store our stuff giving us more room in the living areas. This unit is very well eqipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. It is really nice that each unit has a private balcony facing the ocean! Thanks!

The MOST Beautiful View You Could Ask For

This condo was a great place to spend our 5 days in the Charleston area. The location, right on the beach, is superb. Condo is located on the 3rd floor (the reason that the view is so awesome) which may put some people off. We were fine with it, but someone with limited mobility might want to choose another unit. Good kitchen. Plenty of cookware, dishes, flatware (better knives would be a plus). The condo is a bit dated and could use some updating (artificial plants could go and the sleeper sofa could use to be replaced), but we forgot about any minor flaws the minute we looked out the sliders to the beach view. And, Charleston is only a half-hour drive away. We would definitely return in a minute.

Thanks for the review. The sofa is reletively new ( less than 1 year old). I did add extra cushions since your visit as sleeper sofa are known to be less cushiony than typical sofas. I will take a look at the knives for possible replacement.

Upon arrival we realized there was a wierd smell in the bedroom. I sprayed lysol, and even changed the sheets to some i had brought from home. But still the smell was that of dirty feet or a smell that was not appealing. The condo really needed updating. After the price the conso was i qould havr exapected better. Waa not satistifed and

Hi Carey, we take it seriously when our guests advise us that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We're sorry to hear about the unpleasant odor you experienced in the bedroom. We have investigated and can find no particular cause for the odor. We surmise that it may be an external origin, perhaps inside the external wall and may need to get the Condominium Homeowners Association involved. This odor was noticed once this past spring, but the issue appeared to go away- We have scheduled some maintenance in the bedroom including wood paneling and painting in that room- We understand your concerns about the condo needing updates and appreciate your feedbackThank you again for providing such valuable feedback.
