The heart of the home is a wide-open living, kitchen, and dining area framed by oversized windows looking out to the course and the Elkhorn hills. Watch for elk crossing or golfers lining up their shots while you sip your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a feast—featuring a massive island, double ovens, a large fridge/freezer, wine fridge, and everything you need to host or just heat up something delicious from town. There's bar seating for casual mornings and a built-in workspace if you need to check in with the real world. The adjacent living room features a plush sectional and another smart TV, offering a comfortable spot to unwind. A formal dining room adds a special touch, with seating for eight and the perfect setup for holiday meals or celebratory dinners.

Upstairs, the primary suite welcomes you with a king bed, lounge seating, fireplace, smart TV, and private views of the course. Please note: the garage is not available for parking, but the driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles. The home has central A/C and is not pet-friendly.
