Charming 1-bedroom waterfront beach cottage on the canal in LIV Port Isabel
This delightful waterfront cottage in Port Isabel is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind and relax. In a gated community with 24/7 security. With a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed, this charming space is perfect for a small group or a couple seeking a peaceful getaway or watch a SpaceX launch right from the deck! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a golf course, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, tennis/pickeball, miniature golf, laundry facility in the Activity center, WiFi. Library, private boat launch, small restaurant & bar on site and a hair dryer & fully stocked Kitchen & Coffee bar! ensuring a comfortable stay. Experience the magic of Port Isabel & South Padre Island & Starbase at our lovely cottage.
Watch large ships going through the Brownsville channel from deck. Fish from our deck/patio. We are on the largest canal in the village that leads out to the intercoastal across from SPI!
**You will have to go into the Long Island Village office upon arrival to check in. You'll pay the $90 resort fee to them, they will give you a parking pass, wristbands to use the amenities & a map and village rules.
**Once your through the gate and you arrived at our house, you will have keyless entry during your stay and I will provide you a temporary code the day of check in and it will expire the day/time of your check out. If you ever run into issues with the code have no worries, I can also unlock it remotely if needed.
*****SORRY WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY.
House Rules- absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed.
If the house is smoked in or have pets, YOU will be charged $1000 in cleaning fees and may be responsible for replacing all the furniture. So please don't.
