Everything was wonderful, but the ventilation leaves a little bit to be desired. An air conditioner of some kind in the summer would be essential.

The apartment was so charming, the beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was beautiful!! We booked our stay when we were in Clemson for the Morgan Wallen concert. Due to absolutely no fault of the owners a storm came through the area and knocked out power and internet to the area until morning. The owners were super quick to call and text us to let us know what was going on and that the power company estimated a return of power by 7 am. The owners also made sure we had candles and a lighter to light them with while we were at the concert and despite not having electricity in the middle of June the apartment stayed a comfortable temperature throughout the night. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely book again!!

The entire state was wonderful and welcoming. The yard is huge infants then. The area where you stay is huge and private and meets all your needs. Very welcoming and kind and flexible. Great internet and inviting space. Would absolutely stay again.
