Snowmobile. Ice Fish. Cross Country Ski, Pet Friendly Garage. Bon Fire Pit.
2 bedroom 1 Bathroom house. Fully remodeled and very clean. Finished garage with ping pong and TV. Full kitchen with plenty of cooking gadgets/utensils and dishes. Feels just like home!
Need more space? I also own and rent out two lake front homes just down the road. Between the three we can accommodate 20 people.
Only a few hundred yards from endless miles of ORV/Snowmobile Trails. Boat launch is a few hundred yards down the road.
Includes dock slip/lake access for one boat on a private dock and access to the sandy beach down the road.
Small pond on property with relaxing waterfall. Picnic table. Bonfire pit.

We LOVE pets! You may have up to two dogs but must let me know and pay pet fee. The pet fee goes 75% to the cleaning team. No muddy pets inside! You are also responsible to any pet damage to home/furniture. Pets when outside must be leashed or on the 50 foot dog runs we provide. Cannot be left outside barking for extended periods of time. You must pickup pet waste or an extra $35 fee applies.
Pet fee is $200 for the stay.
Bedroom one has a double bunk bed. Max weight on top 175.
Bedroom two has a double bed with twin over (max weight 150) and a pull out.
AC, heating, washer/dryer, microwave, blender, pots/pans/dishes for 6, toaster, cake and cookie pans, TV, dining table and 6 chairs, starlink super fast WiFi, hair dryer.
No dishwasher.
NO PARTIES.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please empty trash and put in can outside near driveway. Wash the dishes, can be left on rack to dry. Please put all dirty towels/linens in one pile. This helps prevent unwanted smells for next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love the St Helen area and own three rentals in Artesia Beach. One off the lake and two neighboring properties on the lake. If you book all three you could host up to 16 people.

My family has been hanging out in Artesia Beach since 1925! It is an awesome and welcoming community with a lot of fun outdoor activities.
