24/7 surveillance cameras at font door, and backyard House is not childproof Please make sure all vehicles are parked in the driveway * NO Parking in front of the neighbors * NO Parties or Events * There can only be a maximum of 2 visitors at all times * NO RED or ORANGE LIQUIDS inside the home * NO pets allowed; $425 pet fine * DO NOT rearrange furniture * Keep all noise to a respectful level in the backyard (NO loud music after 10:00pm) $250 fine for multiple complaints * Take out trash on designated day * Remove beds sheets place in pillowcase and leave on bed (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE BED & PILLOWS PROTECTORS OR COMFORTERS) * PLEASE wash and dry a load of linens (Place washer setting on normal wash) * Turn OFF all lights, heaters, and fans when not in use and leaving premises * DO NOT unplug Wi-Fi router * We ship forgotten items at your expense plus $35.00 service fee. * PLEASE send a text when departing from you.
