Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

Wonderful Condo, Perfect Location

If you are coming to Marathon to boat this is the place to stay. Coral Lagoon has the most wonderful marina and private boat launch. It is tucked away but right near the Vaca cut, ideal to get back and forth between the ocean and bay sides easier. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and modern with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time, even with Tropical storm Alberto coming to pay a visit. We found many places to visit, highly recommend the turtle hospital, as well as the aquarium. We plan on coming back when we can do some diving.

Nice place!

Nice clean place. We had 6 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. It was a huge plus for us to keep our boat at the marina next door and the pool was just a short walk. Very quiet place.

Bruce’s place is fantastic the best condo resort with dockage or marathon.

The condo at coral lagoon is fabulous. Bruce is a wonderful host. Our family had a great time at Coral Lagoon. Got a few lobsters and a few mahi, what else can you ask for.

We had a wonderful stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Marina is wonderful, super helpful and convenient. Less than an hour boat ride to several reefs for great snorkeling. Pool was heated and super clean and comfortable. Condo was clean and kitchen pretty well stocked. Would stay here again!
