MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 7. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community; up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sports membership, In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee.
