A €200 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in (cash or bank transfer). This will be returned after check-out, pending a property inspection and electricity usage calculation.
Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price. We'll read the meter at check-in and check-out, and consumption will be charged at $.050 per KWh and $7,30 per Cubic meter deducted from your deposit.
