Cape Cod Comfortable House Awaits!

Come & enjoy this Cape rancher any time of the year! The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is in a key location on the Cape. Go in any direction & you will find saltwater beaches, fresh water ponds, cranberry bogs & beautiful old fashioned towns. Less than 2 miles from the house is the grocery, fuel, bank & many other necessity stops. Please note, the nightly rate includes your linens!

The main bedroom offers a king size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a third bedroom has bunk beds for the kids and there is a pack & play. There is a second full bath with washer & dryer. A linen service is provided because we think that when a guest comes to stay, they shouldn't have to travel with sheets and towels, so we provide those to make your stay easier and more comfortable. Packaged linens are delivered in totes on check-in day for guests to make up each bed that is needed. Off the dining area is a large screened in porch to enjoy and a side deck for cooking out. Other amenities include (2) smart tv's, so bring your sign-in & passwords for any streaming apps you use at home.

Close by in Harwich is Red River Beach or head to Chatham to South Beach where you can see the Chatham Lighthouse. Hardings Beach & Ridgevale Beach are also in nearby Chatham. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower to use after your beach outings.

Lovely family home

We found this property to be pretty central to all Cape activities and it was perfect for our family of 5. Linens were a definite plus! Overall we loved our stay and would 100% stay in this home again.

We were looking for a house in the vicinity of a wedding we were attending with space for us and our friends to relax. This house was perfect. It was clean, airy, well appointed, and stocked with the basics we needed to prepare breakfast, which we enjoyed on the porch every day. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to the venue, to shops, to ice cream, and to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Melissa, our host, was helpful and responsive. We are already hoping to visit again next summer.

The house worked out great for us as we were in town for some striper fishing. The location was very convenient being just a bit off the highway. Grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The outdoor grill was very convenient as well. The inside of the house was clean and provided enough sleeping space for 5 men. If back in the area again, I would stay here.

Cape Cod Comfortable House Was Just Right

We were looking for a central location in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Cod, and this rental filled the bill. We appreciated the kitchen that had all the dishes and utensils that you would need. The linen service was great with plenty of towels. Communication was timely and clear. Easily reached all sites from this location.

The property was as advertised. However, we did have a glitch, checking in, as the batteries in the front door prevented us from using the code. A neighbor came to our assistance, and after about an hour we got into the house. The owner was very responsive and helped us figure out the problem. This house was clean and ready, but know that you will have to put linens on the beds, (new to us) and supply some of your own paper products, and shower gel/soap/shampoo. Harwich is charming, but there is driving involved to tour the Cape.

Comfortable and well-equipped

We enjoyed staying at this home as it was comfortable and well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened porch and the layout of the house makes it feel larger than it is. It is a great house for 2 couples and 2 kids, but the bunk beds are not great for adults or tall teens. The array of beach supplies was wonderful and is great when coming from out of town. We also appreciated having linens supplied. We were surprised to see that 2/3 of the outdoor grill surface was covered with rust, but I guess that will be taken care of in the future. The house was clean, but the area rugs could have used a cleaning. The host was very responsive with a few other issues we had. Also, renters should be aware that although paper products are supplied, there is really just a starter set and not enough for a week, let alone the two weeks we rented. Despite concerns mentioned above, we were pleased overall with the property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The house is located on a corner lot in the pine woods. One of the special features is the screened porch for enjoying meals of just relaxing with a cup of morning coffee.
