What makes this property unique
Located in the mountains of Missoula at the end of a cul-de-sac, this quiet oasis borders wilderness area (protected by an environmental easement) where you're likely to see local wildlife, such as birds (the "Meadowlark," after which our property is named, sings beautiful songs!), deer, elk, raccoons, and maybe even a black bear.
Please note that access to the main level requires the use of stairs, but the view and natural light streaming in the living room windows is worth the ascent!
With the main floor on the upper level, all bedrooms except one are upstairs, with one bedroom and laundry services downstairs. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom, tons of closet space, and private deck access. The other rooms have bunk beds, a pull-out trundle (with 2 twins), and a queen bed (downstairs).
Smart TVs are located in the main living area, the master bedroom, and the basement bedroom.
If you need more sleeping space, there are 2 additional tri-fold foam mattresses (4 inches thick) for use in the living room or one of the bedrooms.
