The pool was not bad, however the 5:00pm towel turn in and pool towel tickets was a little strang due to the fact that people are on vacation to swim and be at the beach, Wi-Fi never connected, called to the desk and they gave me a new user name and password, didn’t work. Tried calling back multiple times and it was busy. Needless to say I gave up and used my hot spot for work! Room was not the cleanest, hair everywhere, left items on the floor, dishes (the little that we had) where in the dishwasher but it was never ran! The full kitchen, well let’s just say if you wanted to make a pasta dish or soup for 1 that’s about all the dishes covered. Oceanfront flview was beautiful but….. the sliding glass doors nor the windows would open. Called maintenance, they came up and said they are not to be opened and then the left! Small door going to the patio was the only thing you could open. So much for fresh air. The AC didn’t work the best! Patio chairs were so rusted my husband sat on one and one of the legs just crumbled. The ONLY good thing about this place was the view! I would not recommend staying here! First night there I contacted Vrbo about these issues (I believe it was just the front desk) and got no satisfaction!
