Named "Sepia" after the ochre hue of its walls, the house's unique color was created using a traditional technique of grinding local stone into pigment. The result is a striking aesthetic reminiscent of sepia tones in vintage photographs.

The ground floor features a cozy lounge area with a TV, perfect for relaxing, and a small WC with a washing machine and dryer. Internal stairs lead to the upper floors. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in the very center of Trogir. Trogir is the ideal place for city breaks, romantic escapes or summer holidays! Part of the UNESCO list of the World Cultural Heritage as the best preserved Romanesque-Gothic town in Central Europe, Trogir offers a lot of sights that are worth visiting. The beaches are not so far too. From Trogir you can easily reach by boat the Ciovo island beaches or the Seget Donji beach, or simple walk to the closest beach which is at only 10 minutes walking from the house.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful holiday home is situated in the very center of the old town of Trogir and it consists of four floors. The name of the house "Sepia" refers to the ochre coloring of the walls which created pigment using the traditional method of grinding local stone into a powder and mixing it with plaster. Despite the current yellow tone, the original color of this powder was like the sepia color of old photographs.
