Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the home. I have provided cans with sand for ashes and cigarette butts on the deck area. Remove butts before leaving.

One of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in and very centrally located for my daughter’s fishing tournament. We had 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 young adults with more than enough room!! Loved the huge living room for playing board games in the evenings.

The home was exceptionally clean n well maintained with an abundance of towels provided in both the kitchen n bathrooms. The owner, Deb was very courteous n responded promptly to all communications .
