This nature lover's paradise is located a few blocks from the LOOP bike trail, famous Honey Bee trails, Catalina State Park for top rated hikes such as Romero Falls, Pusch Ridge/Linda Vista and so much more. 20 minutes to downtown. An easy drive to Tucson National Park West, Old Tucson, Sonoran Desert Museum, Biosphere II, Sweetwater Preserve and more, for the best places to see and visit. This is a hiker and biker, and family perfect dream vacation. Enjoy your breathtaking view from your back yard pool and spa, with a 180 degree view of Oro Valley below you, and the Catalina Range and Rincons in full view. Watch for owls, quail and coyote who live in the desert right outside your backyard. Eat dinner and enjoy the nighthawks and bats as they put on an airshow while the sun sets and the mountain turns red at happy hour each evening. Also an evening stroll to the Tucson Omni National Golf Resort's bars and restaurants for an evening of fun! Walk to our local "labyrinth" on a stroll through the desert - explore the old neighborhood and rural setting outside our door. A short distance from groceries, many restaurants, golf courses, and cool (secret) places to explore, which your host can tell you about. At home, enjoy two living rooms, watch TV from your choice of TV's and streaming, play pool or choose a game from the stock of games and enjoy the gaming lounge- a full living room dedicated to hanging out together. 10 minutes from Oro Valley Hospital and healthcare facilities.

Quiet time is from 10pm to 7:30am. Quiet enough to not disturb our wonderful neighbors, who will be very welcoming to you if you see them!
Parking rules. Per the community HOA, no parking on the street, and no cars on driveway that hang over the sidewalk.
HOA is stringent about trashcans left on the street. Please pull them in after trash pick ups on Mondays and Thursdays. Thank you!

Wonderful home and location! We stayed here for several weeks and it is such a comfortable home, close to nearby hiking, biking, parks and restaurants. The owners are so accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. The interior is clean and well-stocked from linens to kitchen utensils. Outside, the pool is refreshing and the views incredible. We’re so thankful we found this one!

This is an amazing property! We felt very fortunate to have been able to stay here with beautiful views of the mountains and enjoyed the privacy of the pool and spa daily. This house has everything you could possibly need for cooking, a great cup of coffee, and a relaxing nights sleep. We also a enjoyed playing on their pool table in the evenings. Cathy was wonderful to work with and communication couldn’t have been easier. We look forward to our next stay!

Cathy was awesome answered any questions we had about their home. Kitchen was well equipped. We utilized the Kitchen and grill a lot. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were awesome. One more thing the view was spectacular. We had a great time and we will be back.
