Check in was a little bit delayed due to cleaning and therefore the cleaning was rushed, but it was easy to get hold of the manager and codes were provided when available. The condo itself was just as described and we did our research before coming... but not having a market, parking garage, courts, only one restaurant, etc. was not ideal. There isn't a ton to do in the area besides eat and rest, so that's what we did. It wasn't advertised fairly as far as the complex itself not being completed, but we did again know what we were getting by researching it ourselves.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 6—2 parents and 4 teenage boys! It’s incredibly spacious and could easily accommodate even larger groups. The 3-bedroom unit is brand new, beautifully designed, stocked with all the essentials, and felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the three balconies and the abundance of seating, including an outdoor dining table with gorgeous views of the beach and property grounds.The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just minutes from everything in town. Getting around was a breeze, and we even took a banana boat ride for only 8 per person, which the kids and parents all loved. A small tip: bring your own beach towels for now since the towel service is still being added, and consider grabbing a few floats for the lazy river.The grounds and pool are absolutely spectacular, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Our boys said this was the best vacation ever—and we agree! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this was by far the best experience. We can’t recommend it highly enough!
