Excellent property for a large group. Inside decor and grounds outside were well maintained. Conveniently located to shopping and beaches. It was a bit pricey but it was a once in a lifetime family trip!

Can’t say enough about what a beautiful property this is and how perfect it was for our family! Having a private pool right out the back door was a huge hit with all of us, especially our two granddaughters. The pictures are so inviting with the Hawaiian decor and bright colors and that’s exactly how it was. Kitchen was well stocked and actually made it fun to cook! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This house was ideal for our large family vacation of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids). The decor was amazing and so well thought out to even the smallest detail. Everyone had ample space, and the kids enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen was well appointed, we loved the double washers and dryers to keep up with laundry, and the outdoor space/pool was perfect for relaxing. Location was convenient to Old Town Kōloa, and we appreciated the walking path on the golf course to the ocean and to the shops At Kukui’ula. We would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend it to friends.

This was a fantastic place for a family, especially adults. 4 master suites with comfy beds and linens. The bunk room is perfect for kids. This is a new rental and there were a few hiccups but the management was easy and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

This property was amazing-the pictures do not capture how beautiful it is! Our family of Mom, Dad, and 7 adult children enjoyed it immensely. It is in new condition with every attention to detail is perfect. Would love to hire the interior designer! Beds very comfortable; bathrooms top notch (first floor outdoor showers were well loved!). Kitchen is very well stocked-could cook any meal easily w/ provided items (including crockpot). Appliances top end; built in wall espresso/cappuccino/coffee machine was fantastic (or drip coffee provided if you prefer). There is one fridge in the kitchen, one in the pool area, and the upstairs bedrooms each also have a fridge/freezer drawers (didn't need but very nice). We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area-pool and hot tub. The Sonos sound system was amazing and used every day, all day. There were 6 non-reclining beach chairs, which were appreciated-as well as some snorkeling gear and an umbrella. The property is a short drive from Baby Beach, and a lot of our kids walked there through the beautiful walking path and shortcut by the shops (about 15 min walk). Very nice shopping/dinner/coffee about 5-10 min walk. Poipu Beach short drive. We enjoyed the coastal bike ride (Ke Ala Hele Makalae), Backcountry Tubing, Waimea Canyon, and Heritage Trail on coast was beautiful. We didn't do a trip to Princeville because there was so much beauty and things to do by us. Highly recommend this property; made wonderful memories for our family.
