Welcome to your San Antonio group getaway — a spacious 2,400 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and beds for up to 17 guests. It’s especially well suited for BMT graduation families, extended families and groups who want plenty of space to stay together near Lackland AFB.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

With 6 bedrooms and beds for up to 17 guests, everyone has room to spread out while still enjoying the trip together:

• Bedroom 1 — King bed
• Bedroom 2 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 — Twin bunk bed + twin bed
• Bedroom 5 — Twin bunk bed + twin trundle bed with pull-out twin
• Bedroom 6 — Twin bunk bed + twin trundle bed with pull-out twin (Game room sleeping area)

IMPORTANT SLEEPING-AREA DISCLOSURE
The sleeping area listed as Bedroom 6 is located inside the game room. It is not a separate or private bedroom. The game room also contains the pool table, foosball table, arcade games and other entertainment amenities, so guests may continue using this shared space during the stay.

The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix and cable, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**GAME ROOM**

The dedicated game room gives both kids and adults plenty to do with a pool table, foosball, arcade games and more — perfect for keeping the group entertained between outings.

**BACKYARD & OUTDOOR FUN**

The private backyard gives your group even more space to spend time together. Enjoy:

You’ll have restaurants, shopping and everyday essentials nearby with Walmart just around the corner. SeaWorld and downtown San Antonio are also within easy driving distance with convenient highway access for exploring the rest of the city.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**

• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

• Small gatherings or events must be discussed and approved with me before booking. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $70 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Check-in: 3 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
