Fabulous place! The cabin is lovely and has recently been renovated. It is in a beautiful spot overlooking the vineyard - hard to leave! Its a great centre to explore from. We loved the cabin, the owners were very friendly and we had a super-relaxing stay.
Beautiful spot, perfect location for the relaxing get away we were looking for. Everyone at Four Shadows was so friendly and welcoming. Such a wonderful and memorable experience all around.
We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. Jokka and Wilbert were great hosts…the farm fresh eggs were very much appreciated and we looked forward to our daily visits from Winston.
Awesome location. Guest house was fantastic. Will definitely stay again. My favorite thing was sitting on those red Adirondacks with a glass of wine looking over the vineyards to Okanogan Lake and the sunset. Also, the occasional visits from Berner doodle Winston.
The guesthouse at Four Shadows Winery is nestled in the vineyard. It is a beautiful and relaxing spot. It is well situated on the Naramata Bench and close to Penticton. The guesthouse is lovely and comfortable, perfect for any getaway.
This wonderful guest house is perfect for two people looking to relax and soak in absolutely breathtaking views of vineyards and hillside communities. Joka and Wilbert...and Winston...are amazing hosts...and the free eggs and wine tasting was a lovely and appreciated touch. Hope to make this a regular vacation destination!!!
Over the years we became regular visitors to the Okanagan and always stayed in Osoyoos. Last year, however, that ended when the owner removed the property from the rental market. We enjoy riding the Kettle Valley Rail (KVR) from Penticton — a classic route for many cyclists. The trail offers great views of Okanagan Lake and several pleasant stopping points, including Abandoned Rail Brewing Co., conveniently located along the route and offering a variety of quality beers and some food options. With Penticton as our destination, we searched for nearby lodging and chose Four Shadows Winery Guest House. Within hours of arrival, we understood why it receives strong reviews. The house is not ultra-modern but is a well-appointed, single-level country-style home equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful touches, such as a small night light in the bathroom, stood out as uncommon amenities in vacation rentals. The kitchen features high-quality Bosch appliances, a decent-sized refrigerator, a compact microwave, and is stocked with necessary cookware. Hosts even provided fresh eggs and locally baked bread is nearby. The front patio overlooks the vineyards and includes comfortable seating and a clean barbecue. The area attracts many birds, including turkey vultures, and the patio faces the sunset, while nights are notably quiet. The bed leans toward the soft side, though preference varies by guest. On the edge of the property a pair of marmots have made their home
Lovely place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for two people. The owners were very nice and friendly and their dog Winston would come for a visit on the deck sometimes if you invited him up
We enjoyed the Four Shadows winery tasting before checking into this quaint cottage overlooking the winery and naramata bench. Perfect spot if you want to enjoy the scenery and close enough to the town of penticton. Great hosts and I only wish we could stay a bit longer.
My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The property is even more beautiful in person. Wilbert and Joka were excellent hosts and we would love to come back! Winston the winery dog was also a nice and very welcome addition.
Joke Wilbert, and Winston were phenomenal hosts. Their property is stunning and has some of the best sunset views to enjoy. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Penticton so even getting Ubers or taxis is easy. Quick access to the kettle valley railway and a fabulous tasting area that is laidback and family oriented. Their winemaker Lynsey is also fabulous and kind. Can’t wait to be back!
We loved the cottage in Four Shadows Vineyard. It was comfortable, clean and great attention to detail. We loved the view from our deck. It was beautiful and so relaxing. The hosts are very nice. Other perks of our visit were fresh eggs, complimentary wine tasting at their tasting room and seeing grapes harvested. We love staying on Narmato Bench and hope to return to this cottage again!
