Located in Surfside Beach, this delightful upstairs apartment features 2 queen beds in 2 cozy bedrooms. With amenities like WiFi, a washer/dryer. Guests can unwind in comfort. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Surfside Beach and our welcoming upstairs apartment has to offer. As a "Premier Host" I have been fortunate to have had good reviews from guests for my other properties listed on VRBO. As this is being newly listed, please check out my other properties for an idea of how other guests enjoyed their stays and the quality of the properties. This is meant to be a relaxing oasis. If you are looking for a party place, this is not your place. Only booked guests are permitted at the property or in the pool area out of respect to the other paid guests in the other two units. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful relaxing vacation, then please be our guests! The area is safe and wonderful! I actually live in this apartment in the off season, so I am bias, but I love the feel of the modern, yet retro beach feel of it. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Scott was one of the best hosts we’ve had in our travels to Surfside. The map does not do this location justice, its block from everything Surfside has to offer. Great host, great communication. Pool was awesome bonus. Will utilize this spot again for a quick get-a-way!

What a great place! Check in and communication with the owner was a breeze! Very clean and we felt right at home. The pool was great, yes it is shared with the other rental, but we never saw them at all! There are a handful of floaties to use in the pool area that have been left from past guests for our use. The beach access pier and restaurants were just a short, easy walk away. We will definitely be back for future visits! Thank you!

Great Beach Apartment in Surfside Beach.

Scott’s beach apartment is spacious, clean, and well stocked with just about anything you might need for your beach getaway. It was just two of us and we had plenty of room to enjoy all the extra space we had. There is a beautiful and relaxing outdoor pool that you share access with the two other apartments on the property. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the upstairs patio. The rocking chairs were a nice touch. The beach is just a few blocks away with public access. Several great restaurants are within easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed Neal and Pam’s and the Chimichanga Llama. For great burgers try River City Cafe with oceanfront dining or Surf Dawgs on 17. We had the pleasure of meeting our host Scott and he was very friendly and accommodating. It was super hot outside and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The full kitchen was nice to prepare meals and the full size refrigerator kept our beverages ice cold. To summarize, great spacious apartment, nice friendly host, incredible location in Surfside close to the beach, awesome large pool in the backyard with steps leading down to the pool, and a nice comfortable couch and recliner to relax on. We highly recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and the cost was very reasonable considering we stayed over the 4th of July. Well decorated with a beach theme. If it’s available definitely book it. You will be throughly satisfied. Thank you Scott!

I am a former movie producer. I love the beach so I decided to move to the coast. I enjoy riding my Onewheel, and caring for my elderly mother. She is a very positive person so it's not a burden but a joy.

Why they chose this property

Surfside is a two square mile town. We have our own police department which makes the area safe. This property has the charm of a 60s beach House with a modern touch. It is nestled among 4-8 bedroom houses. It's conveniently located with only a very short walk to the beach. The property is a couple short blocks to the Pier, restaurants and local bars. These include Neil & Pam's, Scotty's bar and restaurants like River City Cafe and the Gracious Pig.

What makes this property unique

Unlike a hotel room, this property has a full, large size kitchen, parking right out front and a pool area only shared with the downstairs guests.
