The location is great! The little town of Troy is very charming and this little apartment is just off the square. Bed was very comfortable and the entry/exit is super easy. This is my second stay and each time ... no facial tissue and very limited coffee selections (90% decaf!). A bit more attention to detail of those items would be great. Hope to check it out on another trip to town.

Thank you so much for staying with us again and for your kind words about our location and comfortable bed! We truly appreciate you choosing Cozy Key for your visits to Troy. 😊 Thank you also for the helpful feedback regarding the facial tissues and coffee selection. Sometimes the girls just drop coffee pods in the basket and don‘t realize what kind they are putting in the basket. Next time, message me and I will have what you need within an hour. We’re always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and we’ll be sure to give those details more attention. We’d love to welcome you back on your next trip to Troy!

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect. I was there visiting my sister and afterwards was able to relax and take a walk downtown to restaurants without having to drive anywhere. The river and parks were within walking distance also. Very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed this suite. It’s newly renovated and decorated with care. It had everything we needed. We were even able to do a quick wash of clothes as they provided a Tide pod. Very nice!Love the downtown location. We walked everywhere …to coffee, shopping, and great eats. We also walked to the river and along the bike path. Because it’s in the heart of downtown Troy, you may hear occasional downtown noise but that’s to be expected and part of the charm. We really enjoyed Troy and staying in this suite. Owner was super responsive which is always a plus!

Gorgeous apartment in downtown

Very comfortable apartment in downtown Troy. Convenient to walk to many locations. We will definately stay here again. The apartment was well appointed, very comfortable (I said it before, but it deserves repeating) and immaculately cleaned. Our host was very kind and very accomodating. She also has two other short-term rental units in this building; perfect if you have a larger group!VRBO, however, failed to forward check in information. I was forced to change for my mother's funeral in the room where we picked out her casket because we were 7nable to check in. It was frustrating, especially at that emotional time, and VRBO should address the "glitch" in their process. This apartment is listed on another site. I will be booking through it for future stays.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Super clean and comfortable. What you see in the photos is the real deal. The only recommendation I have is to add some floor lamps to the main living area for evening relaxation. Other than that, an excellent experience with a great host.
