The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing delicious meals throughout your stay. The adjacent dining area which comfortably seats four, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeout from your favorite local restaurant.

Also located on the main level is a half bath and a laundry room equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.

Once you make your way upstairs, you will find the two spacious bedrooms in the home which are elegantly appointed and each boasts a queen sized bed, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all guests.

The two rooms share a large bathroom equipped with modern fixtures, double vanity and shower. It comes with fresh linens and toiletries, allowing you to indulge in a spa like experience.

The Bowen`s Village Community offers a resort style swimming pool, pickle ball court, basketball hoop, play ground, boat dock, several walking trails and neighborhood restaurants, making it so you never have to leave the neighborhood, to enjoy your time away.

-Grills are not allowed at the unit. However there are community grills located nearby.
-Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
-No Parties, events, loud music etc.
-While guests have access to the community amenities. We do not maintain the amenities and cannot control if an amenity is closed or requires maintenance during your stay.
-Guests get access to Community Pool and amenities via a key fob. If the key fob is lost the cost to replace the fob is $500.
