A Queen size pullout sofa-bed is in the living room and a comfortable twin Murphy Bed in the dining area. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and towels. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms and living room all have large flatscreen televisions. Free WIFI is provided for using your own apps to watch your favorite shows and cable is in the living room as well. Guests can enjoy amenities like a community fitness room, sauna, spa, pickleball a resort style pool by the beach with picnic tables and charcoal grill plus a separate seasonally HEATED pool. The resort is located at the end of Okaloosa Island making for a more private experience on a world-class beach. It is only about a 2 minute walk to the beach from the unit as the development is directly on the gulf beach. There is a beach cart and rolling ice chest provided for you. Rent a pontoon boat just down the street and visit Crab Island and more. There a multiple restaurants within minutes including Beachview Breakfast and Grill just beside the condo within walking distance. Play in two beach towns from this location including all that the laidback town of Fort Walton has to offer and Destin, FL. Enjoy Destin, FL (only about 18 minutes away) and then escape the hustle and bustle by returning to your hidden gem. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and more. There is an electric fireplace in the entertainment center. There is a bit of a partial view from one end of the balcony. Coin laundry is just down the hallway. Two basic beach chairs are in the condo for your use, or you can rent from Sunset Beach Service seasonally. Basic starter items include 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towel, 2 trash bags, small dish liquid, hand soaps and a dishwasher pack. A well-stocked Tom Thumb is just down the street and Publix is closeby. Parking for two is included. The condo is on the second floor just by the stairs which is one short fight.
