Fully renovated, 5500sqft downtown Victorian mansion that is in the heart of Oakland, walking distance to the universities and museums, as well as just a 3 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh!
Upon first walking up to the front patio of this large Victorian, you will enter through double doors into a grand foyer, where a large staircase will take you up to the other two floors and if you go straight ahead, you will see the formal dining room and kitchen as well as a great room and a formal living room on the left side of the house as well as a large courtyard within outdoor living space and multiple other terraces around the perimeter of the property to hang out and enjoy or to have a family gathering that will be remembered for years! 9 bedrooms in total with 4 bathrooms!

After going to school at Carnegie Mellon, I fell in love with the area and when I came across this gym, I couldn’t pass it up because it’s walking distance to restaurants and museums, and also just a short drive to downtown!
