The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used beds unmade with bedding pulled down and place all used towels in the shower or the tub.
Please return all items pulled out back where stored; game table, remotes, beach gear, bikes, etc. Please leave used baby gear, crib, and highchair out for staff.
If you used the laundry, please return the garage key to where it is stored for guests. There is a $5 fee to replace a lost key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very nice back patio to sit in the evening with a drink. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Great sitting at the island to eat for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, comfortable sitting back to watch a movie. The built in charging was nice for cell phones. Close to dining, beaches, naval museum is close. Enjoyed Fort Pickens- it’s perfect to take a picnic lunch and stay to watch the sunset.

We are from Arizona. We came to Florida 2 years ago to be able to enjoy the coast and water activities. We enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, music festivals, cultural events, and museums.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Breeze is a nice little family community. We were really drawn to the Santa Rosa peninsula because it sits between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Also, Navarre, Milton, and Fort Walton Beach are not far. Even Mobile, AL is close for bigger city options or a more family friendly Mardi Gras experience. The beaches are gorgeous along the Emerald Coast.
