Guests rave about the location of this stunning, lagoon view, 2 spacious bedrooms on 2nd level, extra special and rare luxury 3 full bathrooms. The penthouse is outstanding as it’s across the street from the Beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants, beach bars, Tiki Hut & bike rentals. We are also adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Be sure to check the event calendar to see what fun activities or concerts might be happening during your stay with us. Our place is perfect whether you are traveling with kids, adults, friends-there is something here for everyone to enjoy!

The penthouse villa is on the complex’s top 4/5th floors. On the first level we have a full bathroom, with a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious well equpped granite kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, tennis/pickleball rackets & balls and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom (2nd level) has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom (2nd level) features a twin XL, over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 3 full baths it offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to beach, one block walk to shops, restaurants, beach bars and bike rentals.

We try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure your villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickle ball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bike helmets & bike lights. Bike rental around the corner, Pedals Bicycle at 71 Pope St. You can ride bikes on bike paths- all over the island and you can ride on the beach! So fun!

We are NEW to VRBO but our property is not. Many guests have raved about staying at our property!!! My husband and I live in New Hampshire and have always loved coastal living. Our favorite ways to unwind here include long walks on the beach, a round of golf, relaxing by the pool, taking a bike ride, catching live music whenever we can. We are also trying to embrace pickle ball too!
I have worked in the travel industry and held my real estate license, so becoming a VRBO host feels like the perfect opportunity to combine my experience with my love for hospitality. It will be a joy to welcome guests from all over and help make their stay both comfortable and memorable.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with all of Hilton Head a few years ago, and Coligny Beach quickly became our favorite spot. With its beautiful shoreline, the lively Tiki Hut featuring live music all day, great restaurants, shops, fishing, golfing, biking and a beautiful park full of year-round events. It has everything we dreamed of. Owning a beach home here was always a goal so when this property became available, we knew it would be the perfect fit for our family and future guests. The location truly couldnt be better! We hope you will love it and want to come back!

It may be a two bedroom home but it is spacious enough to have 8 guests. Especially with 3 full bathrooms, 8 people can stay here comfortably.
