you get what you pay for

Luxembourg's hotels are notoriously expensive and Best Western International is not too bad price-wise. Location is also pretty good, opposite the train station and 15 mins walk from the city centre. Sadly, the hotel isn't in very good condition. The front counter staff was unhelpful and not very pleasant. The room has no air conditioning and was extremely hot - moreover, our window was literally metres away from construction opposite (and on the same level!) so it was very uncomfortable. if you're looking for budget over comfort, this is probably a good choice. On the plus side, there was breakfast included and it was quite tasty.
