My husband and I are opening up our home-away-from-home beach house to monthly rentals because we really love being able to work from our house during the day and then at 5pm, shut it down and be toes in sand 15 minutes flat from our house to Clearwater Beach, with traffic. It's wonderful to watch the evening sunsets from beautiful Clearwater beach or drive 10 miles north and hit up honeymoon island! We currently reside in DC.

This home is 5 miles from Clearwater Beach & Clearwater Aquarium, 2 miles from Downtown Dunedin and its charming downtown strip of shops and dinning, 3 miles from downtown Largo, and 30 miles from TPA, Buc's Stadium and downtown Tampa.
