Charming farm guesthouse with pool! Perfect for families visiting Wichita Falls or SAFB. This cozy 1-bedroom retreat sleeps up to 4 adults (queen, twin, twin foldaway) as well as a toddler & an infant (toddler bed & crib) with full kitchen, WiFi, and washer/dryer. Your pets are welcome in the private fenced yard—we even have horse stalls available! Enjoy our 30,000-gallon pool from May-Sept. Quiet country setting with all the conveniences of Wichita Falls. The space
The Space:
Private 1-bedroom guesthouse on our peaceful farm. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The one extra large bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin bed, and a toddler bed, with a crib always available in the unit. There is also a twin foldaway bed in the living room. There are dividers available for added privacy in the bedroom.

Outdoor Amenities:

Private fenced guest yard with direct access to the pool in the host's backyard
30,000-gallon swimming pool with slide and sun loungers (open May-September, weather permitting)
Pool closed 1 hour after maintenance on Thursdays and closed 24/7 from October-April
Two horse stalls available for a fee (pre-approval required)
Propane BBQ grill available upon request

Parking:

Uncovered driveway parking for 2 vehicles
Trailer parking available upon request
Level 2 EV charging available (1 per full charge per 2-day stay—bring your own cord)

Guest access
Guests will have the entire guest house and the entire guest house backyard to themselves. Guests that are staying between May-September have access to the pool in the host’s backyard, however this space is off limits in the off season. Guests may park in one of the two parking spaces in front of the house. The pasture is off limits except for guests staying with horses.

Other things to note
Please note: Our pool is seasonal (May-September only). If you're planning to have visitors during your stay, please check with your hosts. We are a small farm, so you will see and hear horses and other small farm animals, but we promise it adds to the charm! Feel free to message us with any questions before booking.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Gather any used dishware in or near the sink or dishwasher. Please collect any of our towels or linens in the hamper. No need to start/load the washer, we will wash all the linens when you leave.
Remember to check the kitchen, bathroom, and closet for your personal items and take them with you. Please leave both doors unlocked, the keys on the hook, and the A/C or heat as you were using them.
If you have any pets, please clean up their messes. Please clean up dog poop in the yard. If you brought horses, muck out their stall with the gorilla cart, replace the shavings (new bags in the barn)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$50 pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to your booking or send an inquiry. Must notify us about horses (up to 2) beforehand (pet fee applies)
Please crate dogs when not home. Service dogs must stay with handlers at all times and may not be left home alone. Use provided couch protectors.
Pool only available from May-September. No parties or events please. Trash from birthday/other small parties must be taken to the dumpster on property

Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. They were very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and they provided more cleaning supplies immediately when requested. You can tell that the hosts love animals and understand their behavior and needs. It's perfect if you have pets. They have the friendliest goat and horse I've ever seen, and their dog Jonas is awesome! Highly recommend! It delivered everything that was promised!
