During our stay, the following necessities and advertised amenities were defective, unavailable, or unsafe:Necessities:Interrupted water supply. No water for an evening and most of next morning. My wife and I were genuinely concerned not having water for drinking, sanitation, and washing. This rental remote location is far up a winding narrow mountain road. The host was overseas by spoke with me agreeing to have his co-host restore the water. The host told the co-host make repairs at 8:00 am but was late arriving to help the next day. The co-host explained after he arrived late that he was helping just as a favor. I relayed that to to the host who then told me the co-host is in fact paid to assist guests. The water supply defective tank reservoir was repaired late the following day. But while the water tank reservoir was unusable, our unit was temporarily connected by an unreliable secondary water source used for heavy irrigating demands elsewhere on the main cannabis farm property down the shared driveway. This region is a cannabis growing area of Humboldt County.Power supply did not work for outdoor lighting, some electrical outlets, fireplace, and TV.WiFi - Had I not brought along an employer-issued Starlink, I would have had absolutely no means in such a remote location to communicate with the host who was away on vacation overseas. After connecting with the host over the Starlink, he sent his “co-host” to repair the WiFi internet, but co-host never completed. Host
