Please note: The heated pool is seasonal and is open from May through September, daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

Parking: There is 1 designated parking space included.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: This studio condo provides a comfortable space for your Wildwood stay, featuring two Double beds, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker.

Sunflower Beach Club offers convenient shared amenities designed to complement your stay, including a heated seasonal pool open May through September, a communal BBQ grill on the ground level, a rinse station near the pool, and coin-operated washers and dryers located on the second level. The property's location also places you just a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, dining, entertainment, and other Wildwood attractions.

We enjoyed our stay, Communication was excellent. It was clean, The pool/terrace was a bonus. To wake up early and to be able to sit out on the balcony was wonderful. Everything was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I also loved that they had board games for my teens, they were happy.

We had an absolutely perfect vacation! The room was extremely clean. The keys and code were extremely easy to access. It was in a perfect location only a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. They left us a goodie bag with coffee, laundry supplies, trash bags, etc. There were board games in the room too! We will absolutely book this room again in the future. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient, flawless vacation. We didn't have a single problem or issue throughout our entire stay. The heated pool made it even better. The entire property was clean and quiet. Thank you for everything!

Everything was good except for parking I have a standard size pickup my wife is handicapped so I parked there and was woke up to move my truck cause that parking spot is for another room so I did the parking spot for my truck was in the back and very tiny spot so I was told to park on the street and I had to pay 90 to park my truck
