The home was great! Great layout, plenty of room for 8 and easily accessible to anything you are interested in doing in Sioux Falls. Clean, well equipped (just missing a pizza cutter), and using the online guide was an amazing experience.

The house was in a nicer neighborhood. It was very spacious with plenty of beds. We enjoyed the garage to keep our vehicle inside. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I’d mention is there are 4 levels in this house, so a lot of steps for someone that can’t do steps. It is close to shops and we would stay there again.

Great property for a girls weekend.very spacious and nice living room to relax. Lower level was a totally different living space which we did not utilize but would be awesome if having family reunion. Great outdoor spaces that could not be utilized due to the winter season but in the summer would be very amazing for sitting outside in the screened porch and sitting around the fire pit and an outdoor grill. love the ease of check-in and it’s a great location.

We had a fantastic time at this house. We were in town for a family celebration. The house had all of the amenities anyone could ever need. The house is surprisingly large with many options for entertainment. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with neighbors that were very friendly. Close to all places for shopping, eating, or visiting. And communication with management is top notch.

The property was well kept. The front entrance could have used a hand railing and there are many steps to the sleeping levels. I was traveling with people in there 80’s so these things were very noticeable to me. The only other complaint was I had to look for the dinner plates-they were all in the second kitchen located on the lower level. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

I enjoy traveling with my wife and family. We have lived in this house for 2 years and have made it where we all can enjoy family events ( a lot of cook outs & evening talks). We currently live in N. Dallas & I was born in Mexico. I have served in the Air Force & study while I was active. I currently travel back & forth from Dallas to Sioux Falls for business. We have 2 small dogs & soon to be grand parents.

Why they chose this property

I have 2 spots on this house that I really enjoy most. First the back covered patio, I get enjoy the early morning sky with some coffee and evening listening to music to relax for the day. I love cooking out for family and friends. Our upstairs living room we believe it feels very peaceful.

What makes this property unique

Covered patio for get togethers with family / friends. Solar lights & patio lights give a warmth evening. You can also relax in the evening with fire place around the patio furniture. Durning early spring, we have 2 families of birds starting nesting. The master shower is very relaxing. Our house has plenty of room for a big family or groups. Don't forget the theater living room for movies. We hope you enjoy our spacious home. Thanks!
