Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set thermostat to 76 during summertime, and 65 during winter time.
Place all trash in trash can outside. All trash must be in trash bags.
Please do not put wet towels in a pile. Please hang them on provided towel hooks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or large gatherings allowed. If any unauthorized gatherings take place, we charge a fee to cover extra cleaning and wear on the home.
Please do not move any furniture in the home. If furniture is moved and any damage is caused, a fee will be charged.
Please keep vehicles on the gravel driveway—do not drive on the grass.

Our family lived in Dickson county for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We now live on the west coast, but come back to visit often. We wanted to share this unique and quiet home with others when we weren't personally enjoying it ourselves!
