As a group of senior ladies we were disappointed that the description of the place did not show that the main living area was on the second floor up a lot of stairs and each place did not have a table and chairs to accommodate our whole group for meals and games and the 2 places were a fair distance apart the places were both clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool

For future guests, the listing notes that each home’s main living and kitchen areas are on the upper level and that the two homes sit on opposite sides of the community pool. Had a great stay at these lovely properties! Places were clean, check-in was smooth, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together. It's not fully clear in the listing, but the two properties are not directly next to each other, they're located a minute's walk apart in the same complex.

I rented Las Palmeras and Fish n Reel for 5 days for our family of 12 and was very disappointed. The cleaners were late, the homes were not as clean as expected, pots and pans were worn out, we found roaches and mouse droppings, was given the wrong garage code and our golf cart was locked in the garage for almost an entire day because the home manager wasn’t responsive to my concern. The house is managed by a company and the property is managed by another company. The property manager banged on our door at 8am hollering that we had parked our golf cart on her grass (we had no garage code to put it inside), she also said we did not have permission to park in our driveway and should have parked at the ferry and walked. Advantstay gave me a small refund after messaging them with complaints many times. I’m truly disappointed with our stay and hope others don’t make the same mistake.
